Let Us Help You Get Where You Need to Go

Florida Lakes Medical Transport, LLC provides pre-scheduled ambulatory non-emergency medical transportation throughout Lake County and surrounding Central Florida communities.

To request transportation, complete our online Ride Request Form. Please provide as much information as possible about your trip, including the pickup location, destination, appointment time, and whether return transportation is needed. A member of our team will review your request and contact you to confirm availability, trip details, and pricing.

Submitting a ride request does not confirm your reservation. Your transportation is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Florida Lakes Medical Transport.

Hours of Operation: 5:30 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week

Transportation outside normal operating hours may be available by advance arrangement and is subject to driver and vehicle availability.

Before You Request a Ride

Florida Lakes Medical Transport currently provides pre-scheduled transportation for ambulatory passengers who can safely enter and exit a standard passenger vehicle independently or with appropriate limited assistance.

Please have your pickup location, destination, appointment time, and return-trip information available when submitting your request.

If you use a portable mobility aid or have transportation needs that may affect your trip, please include that information in your request so our team can determine whether we can safely accommodate your transportation needs.

What Happens Next?

After you submit your request, a member of the Florida Lakes Medical Transport team will review your trip information and contact you to confirm availability, transportation details, and pricing.
