Florida Lakes Medical Transport, LLC provides private-pay ambulatory non-emergency medical transportation throughout Lake County and surrounding Central Florida communities.
Pricing is based on the details of each trip, including pickup and destination locations, trip distance, estimated travel time, scheduling requirements, and any additional services requested.
Local one-way transportation starts at $35.
The $35 starting rate represents our minimum base price for qualifying local one-way trips and does not apply to every trip. A trip-specific quote will be provided before transportation is confirmed.

Round-trip transportation may be arranged when requested. Each passenger leg is priced separately based on the applicable trip details. Your quote will include pricing for both the outbound and return portions of your transportation.
If your return time is uncertain because of the length of a medical appointment or procedure, please let us know when requesting your ride so we can discuss the appropriate transportation arrangement.

Transportation outside our local service area may be available by advance arrangement. Longer-distance trips are individually quoted based on mileage, travel time, scheduling requirements, and other trip-specific considerations.

The first 10 minutes of scheduled waiting time are included when applicable.
Extended waiting or wait-and-return arrangements may be available when scheduled in advance. Additional charges may apply based on the amount of waiting time and the transportation arrangement requested.
Any applicable waiting charges will be discussed as part of your trip quote.

Additional scheduled stops may be accommodated when arranged in advance.
Charges for additional stops are based on the location, additional mileage and time required, and other trip-specific circumstances. Any applicable charges will be included in your trip quote.

Transportation outside our normal operating hours may be available by advance arrangement and is subject to driver and vehicle availability.

Facility and organizational pricing may vary based on transportation volume, trip frequency, mileage, recurring schedules, service requirements, billing arrangements, and contractual terms.
Recurring transportation arrangements and facility-specific pricing may be available based on transportation needs and anticipated volume.

Because every trip is different, the best way to receive accurate pricing is to provide us with your pickup location, destination, transportation date, requested pickup time, and return-trip information when applicable.

Transportation Operating Hours:

Ride requests may be submitted online at any time. Requests submitted outside our Scheduling & Administrative Office Hours will be reviewed during the next business day. Submitting a ride request does not confirm transportation.

Final pricing is determined on a trip-by-trip basis and may vary based on pickup and destination locations, mileage, estimated travel time, scheduling requirements, waiting time, additional stops, tolls, parking, after-hours transportation, and other applicable transportation requirements.
Florida Lakes Medical Transport will provide the applicable trip price before the reservation is confirmed. Once a quoted trip is confirmed, the agreed transportation price will apply unless the passenger or requesting party subsequently changes the transportation arrangements or requests additional services.
A transportation request submitted through our website, by telephone, or through another communication method is not a confirmed reservation.
Trip pricing and availability will be confirmed by Florida Lakes Medical Transport before transportation is scheduled.
Florida Lakes Medical Transport currently provides non-emergency ambulatory transportation. Wheelchair-accessible, stretcher, ambulance, and emergency medical transportation are not currently offered.
